A wide range of Cladding lifters easing the pressure for you...Cladding Lifters: An Introduction
We have a wide range of Cladding lifters that can are both hook and fork mounted, specially developed for the safe, quick handling and installation of composite wall and roof panels. Our machines offer dual circuit technology providing a greater safety factor and can be assembled to lift panels up to 30 m in length. Multi-positional pads and a range of suction frames add to the versatility of these cladding lifters.
These machines will lift panels made by manufacturers such as Eurobond, Kingspan, Trimo, Isocab, Euroclad, Isowall, Corus and many more. Specific pad shapes and pad seal combinations are available to meet your requirements.
All our cladding lifters can be hired as a single item or you can take advantage of our Contract Lift service and let us provide the full lifting package, easing the pressure for you on site.
Do you require on site familiarisation?
Our site based familiarisation training services are acclaimed and unrivalled. When delivering the machine, we will ensure that machine operators have up-to-date relevant skills and are fully conversant with procedures for safe operation. Please give us a call and we will be happy to advise on what you need.
KT-B Cladding Lifter – 400kg
The KT-B is a hook mountable cladding vacuum lifter designed to be used on a crane or on a forklift jib attachment.
It has a 400kg lifting capacity and can be used for fitting vertical or horizontal wall panels. In its standard form it can lift roof panels up to 8 metres long and with the extensions attached it can lift up to 12 metres. It is fully dual circuit for added safety and features quick change batteries, which helps maximise site usage time and means less risk of having a crane standing with a flat vacuum lifter.
It has an individual power supply, meaning that there are no inconvenient and hazardous power cables to manage throughout installation. The machines’ batteries are high-powered meaning that they can be used efficiently for 8 – 10 hours.
The Oktopus KT-B fulfils DIN EN 13155 requirements. Like all octopus Vacuum Lifters developed for use on construction sites, the KA-BN is dual circuit for added safety. Technical errors are indicated by a visual and audio alarm. There is even an alarm indication when the power has completely run out.
