Contingency Plans During COVID-19 Outbreak

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

As you are aware COVID-19 has been and continues to dominate the news. Vacuum and Crane are continually monitoring the situation as it develops via the recommended sources and in line with the available government guidance.

IT’S BUSINESS AS USUAL

Unless otherwise instructed, we intend to stay fully operational and maintain business as usual whilst protecting our staff and customers as much as we can.

To reduce contact with others we will not be allowing visitors to the office and are requesting for all deliveries to follow a strict procedure.

The welfare of our staff, clients and their families, is our priority and reducing exposure is key. Our plans will be updated and changed as necessary.

HOW WE PLAN TO MAINTAIN OUR HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE TO YOU

As a business, we already have a Business Continuity Plan in place, this has recently been reviewed to take into account COVID-19. Due to this, we have plans in place should we have to change our working practices and/or location.

We are closely following the guidelines set out by the government. We will continue to adapt our strategy as these evolve, and of course we’ll keep you posted as these changes occur.
