Boiler room renewal 

Today we undertook the lifting of a non efficient boiler out of a school in Birmingham and replaced it with a new sectional super efficient one using our Maeda crawler crane.  This included removal of all pipework and ancillaries and we then installed an updated efficient water heater.  All parts were no heavier than 250 kg, and we were lifting two metres down from a school boiler house access point, with extremely restricted access!
